Act as 2IC to the Manager People, Culture & Governance.This role is based in Western Australia (Kewdale in Perth) and will collaborate across the combined BMSA/Otraco workforce.
The predominant focus is on Otraco's 500+ headcount in WA, NSW, and QLD.THE ROLEProvide proactive HR generalist advice & guidance to business leaders within OtracoGuide, coach & mentor HR team & business managersSupport the implementation of standardised processes with PC&G;, Talent, OD & L&DProvide; appropriate and timely ER / IR supportFacilitate Performance & Reward; Employment & Industrial Relations, & Organisation EffectivenessManage workers' compensation & injury management cases with HSEQ & PC&G; ManagerAct as point of escalation for HR team regarding payroll issues, union queries & dispute handlingSupport disciplinary investigations, complaint/dispute resolution & matters at Fair Work CommissionDevelop a robust HR Dashboard of key people metrics with Manager PC&GMaintain; currency & relevance of policies, procedures & governance frameworkIdentify & facilitate business improvement initiativesABOUT YOUThis role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, clear communication, and high organizational capabilities.
Flexibility is essential due to the ever-changing demands.
