About the Project: Carmody's Hill Wind Farm Project DT Infrastructure has been awarded the full Balance of Plant scope for the Carmody’s Hill Wind Farm project in the Mid North region of South Australia.

The 256 MW utility-scale wind farm, developed by Aula Energy and Renewable Project Services, is scheduled to commence construction in early 2026, with operations expected to begin in late 2028. About the Position Opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager with significant site based/project experience within a similar industry to join our Carmody's Hill Wind Farm project. Lead a team of Safety Advisors and an Environment advisor and work on an iconic Wind Farm in South Australia. Reporting to the Project Director, you'll be accountable for for providing leadership, guidance, and support in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of DTI Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems. This position is permanent full-time with DTI and you'll have the opportunity to work on future renewable energy projects. This position is a DIDO arrangement 9:5 roster from Adelaide or FIFO 2:1 roster from Western Australia. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic alliances with suppliers and subcontractors Professionally promote DTI to existing and new clients Provide advice, support and guidance to Management and staff to assist in the facilitation provision of relevant information and expertise. Establishes and maintains positive and beneficial relationships with key external and internal customers, including regulatory bodies. Assist in providing Senior Management with authoritative advice on corporate and local risks associated H&S performance of the H&S Management System and other strategic and local and technical HSE matters Health, Safety and Environment initiatives and achievements are promoted. Prepare accurate and timely narrative monthly reports that contain movements and progress Active participation in HSE initiatives Hazard and incident identification and elimination approached pro-actively To be successful: Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental Management (or equivalent) (Desirable) Health and Safety Management Lead Investigator qualifications Lead Auditor Qualifications (WHS Management Systems) Diploma of Environmental Management (or equivalent) Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) (or equivalent) Lead Investigator (ICAM) Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar role within the construction, Processing, Oil and Gas or Mining operations Demonstrated experience in implementing HSE management systems, and providing guidance and advice to managers and staff regarding best practice HSE and Risk Management matters Why work for DTI Competitive pay that reflects your contribution: We reward performance and impact, with our remuneration benchmarked to market.
