* Deliver expert Anatomical Pathology services that make a difference by providing timely, efficient, and high‑quality diagnostic and consultation services that are both cost‑effective and tailored to meet the clinical needs of referrers across Queensland.
* Play a key role in shaping the future of Anatomical Pathology by helping to design and implement strategic frameworks grounded in global best practices.
* Supervise and support registrars, fostering their growth and ensuring the highest standards of professional development.
* Engage actively in discipline‑specific meetings, departmental discussions, and multidisciplinary team forums—building strong partnerships and ensuring alignment with client needs.
