Kairos Community College is a fee-free, inclusive school dedicated to providing young people with a fresh opportunity to complete their education in a safe and supportive environment. With the opening of our new Nambour campus in 2026, we are excited to welcome Teachers to our foundation team who are eager to shape a campus culture that prioritises student wellbeing, learning success, and community engagement.

As a Kairos teacher, you will work with small class sizes and reduced teaching loads, ensuring that you can focus on what matters most: building strong relationships with your students and delivering engaging, tailored programs that meet their diverse needs.

About Kairos

Kairos Community College is a fee-free, independent senior secondary school for Years 10–12. We specialise in re-engaging young people who have become disconnected from mainstream education, offering a safe, supportive and flexible learning environment. Since opening, 100% of our Year 12 graduates have achieved their Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE). With campuses at Deception Bay, Caloundra, and a new campus opening in Nambour in 2026, our mission is to help every young person feel valued, supported, and capable of success.
