Store Manager – Lead Christo's Expansion

The Opportunity

As our new Store Manager, you'll run our Newpark store. You'll own full P&L control, coach a 20-strong crew, and roll out our best-in-class systems that make Christo's famous for consistency and pace.

Your Impact & Key Success Measures

You'll own the store's end-to-end performance, balancing profit, people, processes, and the Christo's guest experience. We'll track your success against clear operational benchmarks that keep the operation sustainable, customer-centric, and ready for long term growth:

* Labour efficiency: keep weekly labour spend within our targeted percentage of sales.
* Cost of goods control: maintain food and packaging costs at (or below) our budgeted threshold while safeguarding quality.
* Guest sentiment: sustain a consistently high Net Promoter Score through flawless service and product consistency.
* Top-line momentum: deliver continuous year-on-year sales growth via local-store marketing and upsell initiatives.
* Team stability: foster a high-engagement culture that keeps staff turnover comfortably below industry norms.

Exceeding these markers will demonstrate readiness for multi-site responsibility and accelerate your path toward Area Manager.

What You'll Lead

* People – Recruit, roster, mentor & performance-manage supervisors and crew.
* Operations – Execute daily service to Christo's playbook; maintain A-grade food-safety record.
* Finance – Forecast, track and optimise COGS, labour, waste and inventory in our operations dashboard
* Community & Brand – Ensure successful events, activations and social channels.

What You'll Bring

* 2+ years running a high volume fast-casual or QSR venue.
* Demonstrated P&L fluency and systems experience (Xero, Deputy, or similar).
* WA Food-Safety Supervisor certificates (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
* Confident leadership style that balances accountability with an inclusive, upbeat culture.
* Flexibility for evenings/weekends and travel to new-store sites within the northern suburbs.

The Rewards

* $70,000–$80,000 + Super
* Career pathway→Area Manager.
* Leadership coaching, paid external training, clear guidance and accountability.
