As part of our collaborative team, you will provide strategic advice on infrastructure funding, development contributions, and funding modelling, shaping better planning and infrastructure outcomes across NSW and Australia.

**Your Role:**
\
* Help prepare infrastructure delivery plans, funding models, and development contributions frameworks to support land use planning.
* Assist in assessing funding capacity, considering options like state contributions, special rate variations, and developer contributions.
* Work with councils, government agencies, and developers to provide practical, evidence-based advice.
* Draft planning reports, funding strategies, and infrastructure delivery plans for major projects.
* Support policy reform initiatives to improve infrastructure funding and delivery across NSW and Australia.
* Work with other professionals on multi-disciplinary projects, delivering work on time and to a high standard.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
\
* Tertiary qualifications in Planning, Economics, Engineering, Property, or a related field with an interest in strategic planning and infrastructure funding.
* Strong numerical skills and Excel proficiency to analyse funding models and infrastructure costs.
* An interest in urban infrastructure, development contributions, and financial planning.
* Experience in statutory or strategic planning, infrastructure funding analysis, or financial modelling (desirable but not essential).
* Ability to explain financial and planning concepts clearly and concisely.
* A collaborative mindset and eagerness to develop specialist expertise in infrastructure funding and planning.
