Job Summary:

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function is responsible for various initiatives, including Regulatory Compliance Management, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR), and Limitation and Weaknesses (L&W) reporting. This role will be a team member for one of the four U.S. ERM teams in Malaysia and will execute activities relating to these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Support the execution of the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) program across Group Risk Management (GRM) in the US.
* Perform gap analysis between regulatory requirements and the controls inventory.
* Support change the bank and run the bank regulatory initiatives, engagement, responses, and remediation efforts.
* Support with alignment and coordination with other Risk functions and stakeholders regarding regulatory initiatives.

Business Analysis:
">
* Perform in-depth data analysis and examination to support decision making and remediation/execution activities for regulatory work.
* Create presentations, reporting, and summary statistics for regulators, senior management, and other stakeholders, which summarize findings and proposed solutions.
* Identify any potential issues and areas for improvement in work processes or deliverables and provide actionable ideas to improve quality of work.
* Assist with communication and governance strategies, ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders.

Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) Limitation and Weaknesses (L&W) Reporting:
">
* Coordinate the CCAR L&W reporting activities for Regional Risk Offices.
* Preparing CCAR L&W reporting for senior management, stakeholders, and risk/management committees.
* Collaborating with other functions and key partners as needed.
* Developing and maintaining CCAR L&W process and procedure documentation.

Other Regional Enterprise Risk Initiatives:
">
* Execute activities for other Enterprise Risk initiatives as required.
* Support Manager, Regulatory & Business Initiatives in execution of ad-hoc regional Enterprise Risk initiatives.
* Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in the execution of Enterprise Risk Management Activities.
* Lead and provide guidance to Analyst where necessary and escalate matters to Manager.
