By empowering Indigenous voices and fostering community-first leadership, Sunrise continues to lead health reform and drive meaningful impact across the region.Our ValuesAt Sunrise Health Service, our core values shape everything we do:Commitment to Aboriginal community control and health equityOpen-mindedness blending cultural traditions with best-practice careHonesty, Efficiency, and Respect in how we workEducation to grow future Indigenous leadersAbout the OpportunitySunrise Health Service is hiring a full-time Clinical Operations Manager, based in Katherine, NT.Reporting to the Executive Manager, Clinical Operations, you'll support Health Centre Managers to deliver safe, effective services across multiple remote communities.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting and mentoring Health Centre Managers across remote clinicsOverseeing recruitment, rostering, and onboarding of health staffLeading continuous improvement and compliance activitiesWorking with clinical teams to maintain best-practice service deliverySupporting internal systems, including Communicare and business planningCollaborating with internal and external stakeholdersHelping create a positive and culturally safe workplaceAbout YouTo be successful, you'll need experience managing clinical teams or remote health services. While AHPRA registration as a Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner is highly regarded, candidates with strong management experience in primary health or similar settings are welcome to apply.You’ll also need:A current driver’s licence and willingness to travelA clear understanding of remote community health or the ability to learnStrong communication and people management skillsExperience in quality improvement or accreditation processesA collaborative, flexible, and hands-on approachThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving services, and working closely with the community.The BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary starting from $130,000 plus:6 weeks annual leave + 18% leave loading15 days personal leave + 10 study leave daysTravel allowance + vehicle access for work travelRelocation support available (non-sponsored)Ongoing training and development opportunitiesIf you're ready to make an impact in remote healthcare and grow your leadership career, apply now!
