Job Title: State 3PL Warehouse Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and support our mission to set the standard for logistics excellence.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warehousing and logistics, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless communication between cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.
* Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
* Performance Management: Lead by example, mentor, and train team members to achieve exceptional performance and results.
* Inventory Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
* Effective Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers through clear and concise communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the 3PL industry.
* Forklift Licence (desirable).
* Extensive knowledge and experience in 3PL operations.
* Proven leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to travel when required.
* Strong OH&S perception and skills with excellent knowledge of WHS regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Must have permanent right to work in Australia.
