We are currently seeking reliable and professional individuals for a range of positions:
Control Room Operators (NV1 Security Clearance Required)
Asset Protection Officers
Static Security Officers
Functions & Events Security Officers
About the Roles:
This is a dynamic, customer-focused security environment where your responsibilities will include:
Protecting people, property, and collections
Monitoring CCTV, alarms, and access control systems (Control Room roles)
Conducting regular patrols of the facilities within the site.
Managing access and egress points for staff, contractors, and visitors
Responding quickly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
Providing exceptional customer service and visitor support
Supporting functions, special events, and high-profile exhibitions
Working in accordance with site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Security monitoring and incident response (Control Room)
Access control and visitor screening
Patrolling site facility spaces and working in alignment with site protocols and procedures
Assisting with crowd management during events and functions
Officers in the Control Room will also need to maintain situational awareness of the entire site and coordinate emergency responses in collaboration with Site management and external emergency response teams.
Requirements:
Current ACT Security Licence
NV1 - Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance Mandatory for Control Room Operator roles (willing to obtain)
Baseline Clearance (willing to obtain) – Preferred for Asset Protection and Static roles
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011, HLTAID009)
Current Working with Children Check
Current RSA Certificate (for occasional functions & events on site)
Excellent communication and observation skills
Flexibility to work in static positions when required
All staff working functions or special events must wear appropriate Functions and Events attire, as per site presentation standards.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and evenings. Shifts include weekdays, weekends, after-hours functions, and public holidays.
