Key job responsibilities
1. As a trusted customer advocate, Solutions Architects help our Energy customers understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and provide advice on strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud and deploying innovative solutions. You’ll help drive successful business outcomes across a broad set of enterprise customers through your passion for educating, training, designing, and building cloud solutions.
2. As your customer's AWS CTO, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build deep adoption and broad use of AWS within your enterprise customers, mobilizing resources within AWS and working with our extensive partner network.
3. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including the public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
4. As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will manage your time to support our customers and account teams with your detailed understanding of AWS Services, generative AI, process control, and data analytics. You will collaborate with SMEs and work with account teams, specialists, and partners to deliver practical solutions that accelerate customer business outcomes.
5. You will contribute to improving AWS services based on customer feedback and work on your professional development through AWS accreditation and education opportunities.

Minimum Experience Requirements
* 8+ years in specific technology domains (e.g., cloud computing, security, data & analytics)
* 3+ years in application and infrastructure design or consulting
* 10+ years in IT development or consulting in software or internet industries
* 5+ years in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking
* Knowledge of SAP systems and architecture
* Experience with end user or developer communities
