Gov Recruit is seeking 2 Senior Identity & Access Management Software Developers (EL1 equivalent) to support a major Federal Government program focused on enhancing and stabilising an enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) platform.
This role is ideal for a senior IAM specialist with strong One Identity Manager, development, and integration experience who enjoys working across BAU and project delivery streams.

The Role
You will support and enhance the One Identity Manager platform, focusing on BAU stabilisation, operational resilience, and delivery of project-related enhancements.
The role spans Level 1 and Level 2 BAU support, complex customisation, integration work, and collaboration with stakeholders across business and ICT teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Configure and maintain IAM workflows, policies, and connectors in One Identity Manager
* Develop advanced customisations including scripts, modules, and processes
* Build and enhance custom applications using .NET (C#) and Angular
* Design and implement integrations with downstream systems using APIs and web services
* Architect identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows
* Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations within the IAM platform
* Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues
* Manage patches, upgrades, and platform maintenance
* Produce detailed technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and mentor junior team members

Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms
* Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
* Proven development experience with .NET (C#) and Angular
* Experience integrating IAM solutions with Active Directory and Azure AD
* Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
* Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and Microsoft SQL Server
* Scripting experience using PowerShell and/or Python
* Proven ability to design and implement RBAC models
* Experience working in Federal Government or large enterprise environments
