About The Role We’re excited to announce a fantastic chance for a full-time Personal Banking Consultant to join our team and make a real impact across the Townsville region! As a Personal Banking Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, delivering exceptional, personalised service and helping our customers achieve their financial goals. You’ll use your ability to connect, problem-solve, and understand individual needs to confidently guide customers toward the right products, services, and solutions. This is a permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week), offering variety, growth, and the chance to work across multiple branches within the Townsville region. Experience in banking or finance is highly desirable, as it will support your success in delivering informed, high-quality customer service.
