Bushell's Building & Maintenance are seeking a highly organized Business Administrator to join our team.
The Administrator will work with our team of managers to prepare and submit quotes and invoices to our clients in a professional and timely manner.
The Administrator will implement and oversee reactive maintenance and project schedules via the project management online platform. In this role, you will be collaborating with clients, project managers, maintenance technicians to deliver the execution of project timelines. You may also prepare project progress and performance evaluation reports and other administrative duties.

Building & Maintenance Administrator Responsibilities:
* Overseeing and managing day to day quote requests from clients following them through to submission within a timely manner.
* Overseeing day to day planning of planned and reactive building & maintenance works.
* Identifying potential job schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner.
* Consulting with project managers, clients and sub contractors to ensure correct and timely outcomes.
* Working on various client quoting and communication platforms.
* Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
* Organizing material orders from suppliers.
* Sending purchase orders.
* Invoicing and accounting tasks.
Building & Maintenance Administrator Requirements:
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
* High level attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
* Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
* Experience in the building insurance repair industry would be looked upon favorably
