About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Create customer support requests using our ticketing system.
* Process customer purchases and payments across various channels (in-store, online, phone).
* Handle incoming and outgoing shipments of 3D printers, scanners, consumables, and parts.
* Inspect and document incoming goods for quality, count, and specifications in collaboration with our tech team.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to improving processes within our established systems.
* Prepare stock for sale and ensure all workspaces are clean and organized.
* Report packaging material levels and coordinate courier bookings.
* Collaborate with IT developers to enhance our systems and workflows.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A genuine interest in technology, particularly 3D printing and scanning.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new systems.
* Familiarity with courier booking systems is a plus.
