We are now seeking a skilled and driven
Sous Chef
to help lead our high-performance kitchen and uphold the standards that have earned us our industry recognition.
About the Role
Work alongside the Head Chef to deliver consistent quality and innovation.
Maintain strict standards of cooking, presentation, and timing.
Lead, train, and motivate a strong kitchen team.
Manage prep, ordering, stock rotation, and cost control.
Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and organised systems.
Confidently run the pass during busy services.
Help drive continuous improvement to maintain standards.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a senior kitchen role.
Australian work rights are essential for this position.
Strong grill and pan proficiency.
High personal standards and respect for quality produce.
Consistency under pressure in a fast, high-volume environment.
Professional leadership with clear communication.
Reliable, disciplined, and team-focused.
