Front of House duties and responsibilities
Maintain a customer centric service that represents the Sushi Hub brand
Ensure the workplace is clean and tidy while meeting food and hygiene requirements
Assist with closing and opening of the store when required & other Ad Hoc duties
Maintain a working knowledge of Sushi Hub products to meet consumers dietary requirements
Sushi Chef duties and responsibilities
Prepare Sushi & other menu items
Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation & ensure the stores overall tidiness
Ensure the ingredients are stored in accordance with food safety regulations
Maintain a working knowledge of Sushi Hub products to meet consumers dietary requirements
Assist team members with additional duties such as preparation for opening and cleaning before closing
Project the Sushi Hub Brand image when serving customers
No experience is required (although highly regarded) for the sushi chef role, if you are the right candidate with a can do can learn attitude we will provide on the job training
Qualifications & experience
Experience in the customer service
Experience operating cashier duties will be highly regarded
Experience as a sushi chef will be highly regarded
Flexibility to work weekend shifts, late shift & early shifts
