Early Childhood Practitioner Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Practitioner to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young children and their families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide early intervention services to children aged 0-9 through our 360 Kids program, using a family-centred approach.
* Develop and implement tailored goals and therapy plans in collaboration with families.
* Deliver services in various settings, including homes, community centres, and clinics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Disability Studies, or Social Work.
* At least 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker.
* Registration with the relevant governing body.
* Valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle.
* NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
* Australian working rights.
