ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Hospitality Service worker (Kitchen Hand) at our Mandurah facility. This role is offered on a permanent part time basis working 14 hours per fortnight.
Week 1:
Saturday 1530-1900
Sunday 1530-1900
Week 2:
Thursday 1530-1900Friday 1530-1900
Please note, days/hours are not flexible - you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered.
ABOUT YOU
As a Kitchen Hand you will be responsible for preparing, plating and serving meals, and providing assistance in the kitchen (making salads, baking cookies and bread etc.).
Essential criteria:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience working in hospitality service roles, preferably as a kitchen hand in an aged care/hospital environment
2. Demonstrated ability to manage time and meet deadlines in accordance with routines and schedules
3. Well-developed interpersonal skills and exemplary customer service focus
4. Valid Police Clearance no older than 6 months (or ability to obtain at interview stage)
5. NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
6. Evidence of Flu (2023) and Covid Vaccinations (including Booster if eligible)
7. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and reference checks
8. Willingness to attend a paid 1-day (Monday) induction at our Rivervale Training Institute
