Requirements
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification).
* Proven experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
* Successful delivery of integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in financial and operational performance management.
