Head of Sales
We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to drive growth and success across our national sales function.
About the Role:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring tailored approaches for each channel and brand.
* Drive growth across all channels, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks through market trend analysis and competitor activity monitoring.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a national sales team to achieve and exceed targets, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, negotiating major contracts and commercial agreements while ensuring excellence in execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
* Experience at Head of Sales/Head of Customer/Senior Business Manager level with established Consumer Goods organisations.
* Strong understanding of channels including Grocery, Pharmacy, Food Service, and Alternate Channels.
* Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional projects with Category, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
