About the Role - Centre Director
As our Centre Director at Bright Steps Academy Mildura, you will:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of educators
* Manage enrolments, compliance requirements, and smooth daily operations
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure quality outcomes for all children
* Build strong family and community partnerships that reflect our values
* Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging centre culture
* Ensure all practices align with the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 2+ years leadership or senior educator experience in Early Childhood Education
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
* Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory compliance
* Proven ability to lead teams with empathy, vision, and professionalism
* Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
* Current WWCC, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
* Full Australian working rights
