Job Description:
* Lead a team of Speech Pathologists with a range of supports available to the whole team
* Provide supervision to junior therapists
* Work from our clinic and schools in various locations, supporting clients with diverse needs
* Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans in a transdisciplinary team
* Work within location-based schedules to limit travel and maximise client impact
* Option to add community-based clients to expand your clinical interests
* Take part in weekly supervision and mentoring to grow in your role
* Contribute to projects, team learning, and innovation in your area of interest

As a Speech Pathologist with Down South Therapy, you will need to have a range of skills and qualifications, including SPA Registration, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and a Driver's Licence.
