We are seeking an Allied Health Professional to join our team, who will empower clients to build better working lives.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment.
* This is a permanent full-time position.
* You will have the opportunity to conduct thorough assessments, offer counseling interventions, refer clients to external support services, and provide evaluations on assessments and monitor the progression of cases.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans.
* Offering counseling interventions to support clients' mental health and well-being.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support for clients.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology with eligibility for registration with APHRA.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in counseling or eligibility to gain membership with ACA/PACFA.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
