Barefoot Therapists is seeking a unique and talented Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.

What you'll be doing
* Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for children
* Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans to address a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders
* Collaborating with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, patient-centred care
* Maintaining detailed clinical records and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
* Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and growth
* Option to work with green spaces, farm activities and animal assisted therapy programs.
What we're looking for
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
* Passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
* NDIS worker screening and Working with Children checks must be obtained before start date
