The Company
A leading global manufacturer of high-quality components is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for its Tamworth site.
Supplying into various industries and prestige OEMs, the business continues to expand, with current facilities and investment in cutting-edge equipment.
The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of CNC machinery, supporting both day-to-day operations and site projects.
Responsibilities
Maintain CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens, Doosan, DMG, XYZ).
Diagnose and repair faults on control systems, panels, and automation.
Mechanical work on ballscrews, tool changers, bearings, sprockets, and conveyors.
Support projects including CNC relocations into a new facility.
Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
About You
Level 3 Engineering Qualification (or equivalent apprenticeship).
Experience maintaining CNC machinery in onsite or service roles.
Strong mechanical/electrical fault-finding skills.
Ability to work with Fanuc control systems.
Flexible, proactive, and a team player.
