Overview
As an SDR Enterprise, you'll break into new accounts and foster relationships with multiple contacts at all levels of our target customer segments. You will contribute to growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, collaborate closely with the sales team, conduct market research, and qualify leads by learning about their onboarding approach.
Responsibilities
* Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating leads that turn into opportunities and closed business.
* Learn from our experienced sales team and help build our world‐class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
* Educate and develop leads via phone, email, events, webinars, and campaigns.
* Identify and develop an in‐depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities and handoff to an Account Executive.
* Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
* Conduct follow‐up calls and emails until meetings are set.
Qualifications
* 3–4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic, remote team environment.
* Self‐motivated, results‐driven, and eager to learn.
* Autonomous, self‐source solutions and proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
* Strong writing skills for email copy and sequence campaigns.
* Adaptive to fast‐paced environment and active relationship builder.
* Preferred: HR or FinTech background, experience in a fast‐growing startup, working in remote & distributed teams.
* Native/fluent proficiency in English and German.
Total Rewards
Location: Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark.
* Competitive salary: NOK 358,500 – 461,000 per annum.
