**Role**
**Overview***:
The Service Delivery Officer is responsible for the day to day running of the platform's operational services during the hypercare period. This is a highly facilitative role, maintaining platform operation administration, feedback & complaint resolution and case management channels.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience within Financial Services.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level customer service.
- Ability to quickly absorb complex technical information.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
**Note - **Open to visa holders with full working rights.
