We are partnering with a highly respected NFP aged care provider to recruit a Governance & Quality Manager. This key role reports to the Manager of Operations and works alongside an experienced Quality Manager. It is ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused and confident leading quality and governance initiatives across multiple sites.
The Role
* Support and strengthen the organisation's clinical governance framework.
* Work closely with the Quality Manager to enhance systems and processes.
* Review audit gaps passed on by the Audit Manager and conduct root cause analysis.
* Develop and implement corrective actions and sustainable improvement strategies.
* Manage the Quality Management Plan and ensure all policies are current and compliant.
* Drive a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement across the organisation.
About You
* Experience in clinical governance, quality or compliance (aged care or health preferred).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and find practical solutions.
* Confident working proactively and collaborating with operational and clinical leaders.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
