We're currently looking for a Personal Care Worker with a heart for people to join us for casual shifts at our Aged Care facility in Wauchope NSW.What You’ll Do:Provide hands-on care: Assist elderly residents with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Support mobility & transfers: Help with positioning and mobility to ensure comfort and safety.Meal support: Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.Monitor well-being: Keep a close eye on residents’ health and report any changes.Create a safe, clean environment: Contribute to maintaining a space where residents feel at ease and cared for.Build meaningful connections: Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and your fellow team members.What You Bring:A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability.Ideally, 3+ months of experience in Aged Care.2024/2025 Influenza Vaccine Record.Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one).NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to get one).Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorships offered).Why Troocoo?If you're passionate about person-centered care and ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you!
