* Project delivery: produce and/or review artefacts (eg. plans, analysis, papers) to contribute to relevant outcomes and deliverables.

* Change management: implement change management strategies during the discovery and design phases of the project, that set the implementation phase up for success.
* Project management: including project plans, schedules, cost/benefits control, risk/issue registers and records management. Provide input to Strategy Implementation Program governance and control activities as appropriate.
* Governance and resource management: maintenance of governance for the strategic focus area, coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing resources and risks and ensuring alignment with the broader strategy implementation program.
