Service Administrator
The role of a Service Administrator is crucial in ensuring seamless customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Activity Scheduling: Organise and schedule field service activities to optimise resource allocation and efficiency.
* Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer enquiries, bookings, and calls from Service Technicians.
* Paperwork Administration: Manage paperwork, including purchase orders, quotations, and client invoicing.
* Spare Parts Management: Interpret spare parts requirements, provide quotations, and place orders.
* Internal Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal team members and external customers.
* Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on field service activities, customer service history, productivity, and customer retention.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Service Manager and Field Service Technicians, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for maintaining site inductions, WHS compliance, licensing, and insurance requirements.
This position requires strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
