Our company seeks experienced seafood handlers for processing duties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assist with unloading fresh seafood from vessels
* Moving products to chillers, freezers and live tanks
* Sorting, dressing and filleting fish while maintaining high recovery rates
* Loading products into trucks
* Packing boned and filleted seafood into cartons
* Inspecting and grading fish and shellfish for size and quality
Candidates should have at least two years of experience as a seafood processor with verifiable references.
