Responsibilities
* Overseeing the daily operations of the Sales department
* Developing and executing sales strategies
* Achieving targets to ensure the efficiency & profitability of the sales department
* Delivering high-quality customer service
* Continuously developing our sales team - setting goals, monitoring progress, and coaching sales staff
Qualifications
* Proven track record in automotive sales
* Prior experience in management or as an Assistant Manager/2IC
* Ability to build rapport with customers and staff
