You will act as a trusted advisor, translating financial insights into clear, actionable direction that supports both commercial outcomes and social purpose, while guiding the organisation through change.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the organisation's long term financial strategy aligned to the strategic planProvide high quality financial insights and advice to the CEO and Board during a period of transformationOversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial performance across the organisationEstablish and strengthen pricing and margin management capability to support commercial growthLead the modernisation of the finance function, including the implementation of ERP systems and digital processesEnsure robust financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks are in place and effectiveManage investment portfolios and support major capital, infrastructure and property initiativesPartner with operational leaders to drive performance, efficiency, and resource optimisationLead and develop a high performing finance team, building capability and leading through changeMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, advisors, customers and funding bodiesAbout You You are a commercially driven and values-led financial leader who thrives in complex, evolving environments, brings a strategic and action-oriented approach, and leads with integrity, clarity, and accountability.To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:Proven ability to develop and deliver financial strategies that support growth, transformation, and sustainabilityStrong ability to balance financial performance with social impact outcomes, making sound and considered decisionsExperience in modernising finance functions and leading ERP or system implementations through significant changeDeep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and regulatory frameworksAbility to influence and support senior leaders through clear, insightful financial adviceConfidence engaging with Boards, executives, and external partnersAbility to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights and actionA team-oriented leader who builds trust, accountability, and shared ownership across the organisationYou will hold a CPA or CA qualification and bring significant senior financial leadership experience.
