* Experience in IVR testing and telephony systems.
* Knowledge of call flow testing, voice applications, speech recognition, and DTMF validation.
* Experience with automation testing frameworks and QA methodologies.
* Understanding of SIP, VOIP, contact center platforms, and telephony integrations.
* Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ALM.
* Good understanding of API and integration testing.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
