About The Role The Equipment Services team are responsible for design, manufacture and delivery of complex customised seating and wheelchair solutions at Cerebral Palsy Alliance, working closely with clients and therapists. As Team leader you would be managing the day to day operations of the team, manufacturing and seating experience is not essential, although experience in similar warehousing, workshop, logistics or manufacturing environments would be beneficial. This is a 12 month fixed term position with possibility for extension. We are also flexible for full time or part time dependent on your experience. Responsibilities include: Leading a team of 4 full time technicians and specialists, as well as 5 volunteers Support the team in managing client expectations in line with service agreements to ensure the achievement of realistic and meaningful client outcomes Responsible for establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships to support the development, growth and sustainability of the equipment services team Manage the allocation of resources to ensure the achievement of client outcomes and performance targets Analyse the cost of delivery for seating solutions and develop cost effective and sustainable plans to reduce costs and ensure financial targets are successfully achieved.
