The Prospect
We're seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration Assistant to join the vibrant Melbourne team. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate lease documentation, facilitating communication, and maintaining compliance with lease terms.
This can be a PART-TIME permanent position (30 hours per week) OR a FULL-TIME role!
The Responsibilities:
Prepare disclosure statements and relevant letters
Verify and file insurance certificates and bank guarantees
Coordinate documentation exchange between landlords and lawyers
Maintain organized filing systems for documentation
Process legal invoices
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving abilities
Lease administration experience highly regarded
