The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise all site activities and subcontractors
* Manage daily safety checks, inductions, and toolbox talks
* Monitor and report on program progress, upcoming milestones, and resource needs
* Uphold QA standards and ensure compliance with codes and specifications
* Liaise with consultants and the PM to identify risks and opportunities early
* Foster a positive site environment with strong trade and team relationships
You
* Trade‑qualified Carpenter or Construction Management background
* Demonstrated experience on new‑build industrial or commercial projects ($20M - $50M range ideal)
* Strong understanding of structural sequencing, services coordination, and finishing quality
* Proactive problem‑solver with high attention to detail
* Confident communicator who can engage with all levels of the team
* Software literacy in Procore, Cheops, or Hammertech advantageous
* Site Managers: 5+ years independently leading mid‑size projects
* Foremen: 2 - 4 years coordinating trades and assisting with program delivery
