You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising rehabilitation and construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely according to Rio Tinto standards, policies, procedures, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
* Drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe working environment for all colleagues and contractors.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of participation and improvement.
* Promote compliance with standardised processes, systems, and tools.
* Manage rehabilitation projects to improve safety, productivity, and asset reliability.
* Provide technical support, direction, and management of assigned projects with a focus on site safety and contractor management.
* Oversee site mobilisation, monitor performance, coordinate works with other site activities, and resolve design or delay issues.
