To be successful you must have the following:
* 6+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within townhouse, residential or multi-unit construction
* Proven experience delivering projects in the $10–30M range
* Strong knowledge of residential construction sequencing and trade scopes
* Solid understanding of construction contracts and cost control
* Confident communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously
Our client is a Brisbane based builder who has been delivering major residential townhouse developments and multi residential projects up to $30 million over the past 11 years in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join a project team delivering a 34-townhouse residential development in Brisbane, valued between $20–30 million. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone confident managing the commercial and contractual aspects of a medium‑scale residential project from start to finish
