We're on the lookout for a passionate Account Manager to join our high‐performing Commercial Sales team in Fawkner, Victoria. About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of customers across our Food Care solutions. Reporting to the Southern Region Sales Manager, you'll be the face of Sealed Air in your territory — building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

What You'll Do

* Drive sales growth and maximize profitability across your territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in current and adjacent markets.
* Develop and execute strategic business plans for key accounts.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely order fulfillment and satisfaction.
* Conduct product presentations and coordinate customer training.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Uphold Sealed Air's values and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

What You Bring

* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field i.e Diploma, Degree, Masters etc.
* Proven experience in Account Management/Sales within the Food industry. Experience in the Fresh Protein Market is an advantage but not compulsory.
* Strong commercial acumen and relationship‐building skills.
* Demonstrated success in identifying and winning new business.
* Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, CRM, and Office365 is a plus.
* Willingness to travel interstate or overseas as required
* A valid driver's license.
