Director of Pastoral Care
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Director of Pastoral Care to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the pastoral and specialist programs that shape the College experience.

The Director of Pastoral Care will play a key role in fostering excellence, compassion, and service among students, staff, and parents.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversight of pastoral care programs and services
Development of initiatives to promote student wellbeing and academic success
Liaison with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Foster a positive school culture and community spirit
About the Role:
This is a part-time (0.4 FTE) / full-time (0.6 FTE) contract position, which includes teaching responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, pastoral care, and leadership.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Relevant teaching qualifications and experience
Demonstrated expertise in pastoral care and student wellbeing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to creating a safe and supportive learning environment
