Procurement Manager
to lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities.
Your Role:
You'll be responsible for ensuring goods and services are sourced efficiently, delivered on time, and aligned with project needs. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the full procurement lifecycle: tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and supplier performance management.
* Developing and implementing procurement policies, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and compliance.
* Leading supplier sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
* Collaborating with project teams to forecast demand and maintain schedules.
* Negotiating pricing and terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
* Monitoring supplier performance and reporting on budgets, savings, and risks.
* Identifying opportunities for smarter sourcing, innovation, and automation.
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Construction, Engineering, or similar.
* 5+ years' experience in procurement management on construction or infrastructure projects.
* Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of delivering commercial benefits.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office and procurement systems, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
