We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Client Service Professional to join our Retail and Digital Growth team in Sydney.
About the Role
This role involves supporting advertising solutions for clients, developing bespoke proposals for agencies and clients, conducting market research, and monitoring digital and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with a designated Partner to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to their portfolio.
* Serve as a contact point for clients when needed, addressing inquiries, concerns and issues to ensure client satisfaction.
* Monitor sales performance and progress against targets, taking proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities and communication history.
* Contribute to a high-performance environment, acting with clarity on strategy, objectives and deliverables.
* Assist the Partner in identifying and developing tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.
* Support the delivery of consistently high-quality outputs across client brief responses, including presentations and client schedules.
* Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, verbal and written skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, and impeccable time management skills. Previous media experience is desirable but not mandatory.
