Job Description:
This is a senior leadership role that oversees the technical development and process optimisation of a demonstration plant.
* The Senior Process Engineer will lead the qualification and technical process optimisation for OEM specifications, run and refine pilot-scale programs to enhance performance across crushing, flotation, and hydrometallurgy circuits, execute traceability programs linking orebody variability to anode output, maintain data integrity and contribute to operational planning and forecasting, support safe plant operations through proactive SHE leadership, drive continuous improvement across unit processes and team culture.
About the Role:
This role involves leading the transformation of raw graphite into high-performance anode materials, directly supporting the production of advanced batteries.
* The successful candidate will be at the forefront of this transformation, ensuring consistent throughput, optimising recovery and grade, and directly linking orebody characteristics to battery performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead product qualification and technical process optimisation for OEM specifications.
* Run and refine pilot-scale programs to enhance performance across crushing, flotation, and hydrometallurgy circuits.
* Execute traceability programs linking orebody variability to anode output.

What You Bring:
* 10–15 years' experience in metallurgical operations with an engineering qualification.
* Expertise in crushing, grinding, flotation, and chemical purification.
* Proven ability to improve plant performance through strategic operational thinking.
* Strong leadership, mentoring capabilities, and stakeholder engagement.
