As the Physiotherapy Educator – Rehabilitation, you will step into a pivotal leadership role where you will guide staff development, elevate physiotherapy practice, and shape the learning experience for students across Camden and Campbelltown Hospitals. In this impactful role, you’ll drive education excellence, influence service innovation, and support high‑quality clinical care across inpatient, outpatient and community rehabilitation settings. This role will consider Full time, Part time and job-share applications.

* Developing and leading staff education and training programs across the rehabilitation team at Camden and Campbelltown Hospitals
* Providing expert physiotherapy care to patients across inpatient, outpatient and community rehabilitation services
* Coordinating and facilitating the student education program across Camden and Campbelltown Hospitals
* Supervising student placements and leading the growth and development of student education across the department
* Providing clinical and administrative leadership, supporting professional standards, workforce planning, safety and quality, and physiotherapy practice development

* Extensive clinical experience in rehabilitation physiotherapy across inpatient, outpatient and community settings
* Advanced clinical skills in neurological, orthopaedic, aged care and amputee rehabilitation
* Extensive experience in staff education and training, including competency development, clinical supervision and performance development across a large team
* A commitment to high‑quality care, service improvement, and supporting the growth of the physiotherapy workforce


Selection Criteria

* Current Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Describe how you apply your advanced clinical and educational skills to meet the requirements of this position.
* Describe how you use best practice educational principles to lead and support innovation in workplace learning.
* How do you facilitate high quality education and supervision for students?
* Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
