Job Title: Parts Store Person/Forklift Driver



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Parts Store Person/Forklift Driver. This position is responsible for handling and responding to inquiries regarding parts, managing inventory and fulfilling requests within the central store, fostering relationships with internal and external clients, receiving deliveries of new parts, managing returns of surplus parts from vans to the central store, conducting regular stock counts in the central store on a daily/weekly basis.




Key Responsibilities:



* Manage part inventories including ordering supplies as needed;

* Inspect equipment when delivered ensuring correct quality specifications;

* Process purchase orders ensuring accurate cost tracking;

* Assist drivers with loading/unloading heavy machinery safely;
generate pick-up/delivery records accurately recording all transactions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills along with strong communication abilities.
