Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the preparation and conducting of funeral services.
* Operating service media, including photo presentations, music, and audiovisual equipment.
* Using Spotify and other platforms during services.
* Setting up and operating laptops, screens, and audiovisual systems.
* Driving company vehicles, including hearses, in a safe and professional manner.
* Assisting and supporting families both in the office and during funeral services.
* Providing administrative and general office support as required.
* Maintaining a high standard of presentation, professionalism, and care at all times.
About You
* A current driver's licence.
* Good computer skills and confidence using laptops, smartphones, and mobile applications.
* Experience or confidence using Spotify and basic audiovisual equipment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A caring, respectful, and empathetic approach when working with bereaved families.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to remain calm, professional, and composed in emotional situations.
* A reliable work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience
Previous experience in the funeral industry is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, compassion, and commitment to providing outstanding service to families.
