About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Project Management and previous experience in a capability development/management role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the delivery of sovereign capability in line with agreed objectives and capability targets.
* Facilitating capability assessments, capability readiness reviews, and capability demonstration/assurance activities.
* Cordinating Business Capability Steering Group (BCSG) Forums.
* Collaborating with programmes business architects to enable dashboard capability readiness reporting and insights.
* Providing Capability Pathway updates to Contract Status Review (CSR) and Monthly Program Review (MPR).
* Supporting the development of programme's capability realisation plan and ongoing updates to the plan.
* Liaising with the technology transfer team regarding programme capability requirements and priorities.
A high degree of autonomy and responsibility is expected, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team.
